Arrival to Charlotte is easy. Charlotte hosts the sixth busiest airport in the world handling over 50 million passengers annually. Non-stop flights are available from many destinations which consist of many domestic carriers including American Airlines who utilizes CLT as one of their major hubs.
Other methods of transportation is just as easy. Travel by car as Charlotte is located at the crossroads of Interstate 85 and 77. Amtrak has ten daily trips from its north Tryon Street station. Greyhound and Megabus services Charlotte from many nearby major cities.
Once in town, Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS) operates light rails, street cars, and busses. Charlotte is a moderately walkable city with Walk Score ranking it the 49th most walkable large city in the United States.
